* STUDENT: The applicant's Registration Form must be accompanied by written proof of status; otherwise low fees will not be validated. Applicable for PhD students and postdoc students within 3 years of receiving PhD. When letters, certifying status, are sent after the early registration deadline, late fees will be applicable even when the registration forms are received before the deadline.

The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.

Regular and Student registration fee includes:

Cancellations of registration before July 15th,2015. – full refund minus 25,00 EUR of handling fee. 
Cancellations of registration before August 15th.2015. – refund of 50% minus 25,00 EUR  
Cancellations of registration after August 15th 2015. – no refund

Spektar putovanjad.o.o shall act as mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred or any damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of whatsoever cause. The liability for transport and other service companies shall not be affected by the above. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Split.


Payment should be done in advance, in kuna, on the account of agency Spektar putovanja d.o.o.

  • Bank transfer - bank transfer payment should be made payble to SpektarPutovanjad.o.o. The participant's full name and the reference number 001/003/2015 should be included with the payment.
  • Credit card – the payments made by credit card will be in local currency kuna and the EURO fee amount will be calculated according to the valid exchange rate on the day of the payment.
